Dr Brandt is a qualified general practitioner (GP) who obtained her medical degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2017. Prior to that, she trained at Stellenbosch University to obtain the following degrees: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Molecular Biology, BSc Hons in Biochemistry and Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry. She has a well-rounded understanding of both science and medicine and has published an article in Chemical Engineering, an internation peer-reviewed journal, which has been sited 24 times (on the date of publishing this article). She enjoys reading about various subject matters and spending time with her family.
